Anima

No woman has it all, unless
she's airbrushed and posing for a fashion shot
or a selfie.
Man's visual nature has created a market for the perfect woman, and we are all
eager to be the product.
We are expected to be easy-going porn stars,
whole-heartedly interested in our husbands' interests.
 And when it comes time to "complete" ourselves,
we are squished and drained and sapped and milked dry, only
to have our home torn down by
 the new projection.
Women everywhere, I ask you:
if we don't look out for each other, who will?
